Client Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Furniture on the Move Ltd, 08618653, whose registered office is at Canada Warehouse Chittening Industrial Estate, Worthy Road, Avonmouth, Bristol, England, BS11 0YB.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Furniture on the Move, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. How to Enter

  • Complete the Furniture on the Move client survey in full using the official SurveyMars link provided via email.

  • Once your survey has been submitted, your entry will automatically be added to the prize draw.

  • Entries must be received before closing date – 30 November 2025 at 11:59 PM.

  • Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be counted.

4. The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive their choice of:

    • an Apple iPad (10th generation or equivalent), or

    • a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 (or equivalent model).

  • The winner may select their preferred device at the time of notification.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • Furniture on the Move reserves the right to substitute the prize for a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a secure, computer generated random draw within 14 days of the closing date.

  • The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their SurveyMars submission.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Furniture on the Move reserves the right to select another winner.

  • The winner’s first name and company name may be announced on our website and social media channels once the prize has been claimed (with consent).

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Furniture on the Move’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

  • Information collected via the SurveyMars form will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and internal service feedback analysis.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • You can request removal or correction of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. General

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

  • Completing the survey constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Furniture on the Move reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make it unavoidable.

  • The decision of Furniture on the Move regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

  • This promotion is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
